What we do

One contractor, from the first measurement to the final inspection.

18 Remodeling Group is a Woodland Hills-based general building contractor working throughout the San Fernando Valley and the western hills. Most of what we build is kitchens and bathrooms — the two rooms where bad construction shows up fastest, and where getting the waterproofing, framing and cabinetry right matters more than the showroom photos.

We hold a Class B general building license, which means we can carry a project that touches two or more trades: plumbing, electrical, framing, tile, stone and finish carpentry under a single contract and a single schedule. You call one number.

Licensed and bonded

CSLB License #1088081, class b — general building contractor, with a $25,000 contractor bond. Verify us on the CSLB website before you sign anything.

Carpenters on our payroll

We carry workers' compensation covering carpentry trades — the people framing and installing in your home are our employees, not a chain of day labor.

Permits and plans

As a Class B general building contractor we pull the permits, coordinate the trades and own the schedule from demo to final inspection.

You see it before we build it

Measured drawings and renderings of your space, so decisions about layout, stone and cabinetry happen on screen, not mid-demolition.

Service area

We work where we can be on site the same morning.

We keep our radius tight on purpose. A remodel needs the contractor to show up when something unexpected opens up behind a wall — not two freeways away.
