What we build in these neighborhoods
Valley housing stock is mostly mid-century ranch and post-war tract homes with a hillside contemporary layer on top. That mix drives the work: opening galley kitchens into living rooms, replacing original cast-iron and galvanized plumbing, upgrading panels that were never sized for today's loads, and adding square footage where the lot allows it.
