It isn't a franchise, a lead-generation brand, or a sales office that hands your job to whoever bid lowest this week.

We hold a Class B general building contractor license from the California Contractors State License Board — number 1088081 — carry the required contractor bond, and maintain workers' compensation coverage that includes carpentry classifications. That last detail is the one homeowners rarely ask about and the one that matters most: it means the people doing carpentry in your home are on a payroll with insurance behind them.

Our work concentrates in kitchens and bathrooms, roofing and air conditioning, and the energy and water upgrades that make a Valley house cheaper to live in. We work almost exclusively in the San Fernando Valley and the surrounding hills, close enough that the person responsible for your project can be standing in it within the hour.
